Are face coverings required on property?
Yes.  In accordance with the Orange County Government Executive Order, face masks are required in all public areas.  We kindly ask that you wear a face covering and practice social distancing.

Do you charge for parking?
Yes, self parking is $20 per night and valet is $25 per night. Oversize vehicle parking is $35 per night.

Is there a resort fee and what does it cover?
Yes, there is a nightly resort fee of $33

Disney Springs® :
At this time, the hotel is not operating shuttle transportation to Disney Springs®.  Disney Springs is accessible within walking distance of the hotel (average, 7-10 minute walk). If you prefer to drive, parking in the Disney Springs parking garage is complimentary.

What are Disney Extra Magic Hours? (Temporarily Suspended)

Each day, one of the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks opens early or extends later for guests to enjoy select attractions, and during select dates, Extra Magic Hours benefit may also be offered at a Disney Water Park.

Guests can view the Disney Extra Magic Hours calendar at, or request a copy of the printed Times Guide, available in the hotel lobby.

What do I need to access Disney's Extra Magic Hours? (Temporarily Suspended)

Guests will need a valid, official Extra Magic Hours voucher from our Front Desk upon check-in, and a valid Walt Disney World® theme park ticket, to access the Extra Magic Hours benefit.
Is there a cost if I ship a package to the hotel?
The most direct mail service to the hotel is FedEx or UPS. We highly recommend you not use USPS due to delays. Package Receiving Fees: Small/Medium Box - $5.00/pkg, Large Box - $10.00/pkg, Cases - $20.00/pkg.
What time is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in at Holiday Inn Orlando-Disney Springs® Area is from 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets. Best Friends Pet Care is located near the hotel. Our hotel is ADA compliant and service animals are welcome.
What age do you need to be to check in?
21 years or old with a valid picture-ID.
Does the hotel offer an airport shuttle?
No, the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle we recommend using Mears Transportation or ride share.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is located 17 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Is smoking allowed in the rooms? On the property?

The hotel is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in guest rooms or inside the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

How long does it take for a hold authorization on my debit or credit card to be released?

Holds on a debit or credit card are typically released anywhere from one to fourteen days after the transaction date, depending on your bank's policy. Holds on credit card and debit cards issued by a foreign bank may last as long as 30 days. Please contact your financial institution on their policy.

Do you offer cribs or roll-away beds?
Cribs are available upon request with advance notice for no additional fees. We do not have roll-away beds available.

Do you have a fitness center and what are the hours?
Yes, it is open 24 hours a day using your guest room key. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
