"Love this hotel"
After checking out of another hotel after only staying for 1 hr, we booked this hotel online and it was the best decision we have ever made. The staff were wonderful. The hotel was gorgeous and we had the best time at disneyworld...
"Great hotel and super friendly staff"
Everyone was super friendly and we had a great stay. Arrived in the morning and they allowed us to check in at that time. Took the free shuttle bus (they run every 30 min) to EPCOT so we could enjoy the food & wine festival. We had the downtown disney view and could see the fireworks from our balcony which was pretty nice. There's a nice little bar in the lobby and a restaurant where we had breakfast...
We would probably stay here again, pretty good price per night for the season, the room was clean and there was no shortage of towels (I'm a big towel user). The only two things that bothered me: 1. The bathroom was sort of small, we stayed in a Pensacola Holiday Inn that had a huge bathroom and shower, and 2. The building... was confusing to get out of. Several times I found myself exiting the back of the building when I thought for SURE I was heading towards the front. Stayed here two nights and only ever used the front entrance once, and that was to check in. Then again I have...
(+) The facility was clean and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and fun for the kids. The bus service to the parks was on time and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was awesome and very reasonable. (-) I have one complaint about check in. I was not told that they were charging my card fifty dollars while we stayed. My credit card company actually called to verify the charges. When I went to ask I overheard the desk clerk telling someone else this info. If they would have mentioned this to me it would have saved me some time.
The hotel was great. The rooms were always clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the proximity to Downtown Disney and World Disney World parks was so convenient.

"Great Hotel, location, service, and friendly staff"I just stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and 3 year-old daughter, it was a birthday trip to Disney for her 3rd birthday. Upon pulling up to the front of the hotel, I was greeted by two bellmen who were very nice and courteous (for our entire trip, there were always 2 bellmen outside even late at night). Even though I asked to handle my luggage by myself, they brought me a luggage cart for my personal use. The front desk clerk was also courteous and conversational, and provided additional Disney info with our room info. Our room was on the 11th floor, and we could see Downtown Disney from our balcony. The room was very nice - clean, plenty of room, refrigerator and microwave, closet, spacious work desk for my laptop, and two comfortable Queen beds. The beds were very comfortable, and my daughter slept in her bed by herself both nights! One funny thing I liked was that the bathroom had a little nook behind the door with two shelves which was enough space to hold all of my wife's things and mine as well - so we didn't have a cluttered counter. Bathrooms were clean and we had all new towels each day. The buses to each park run every 30 minutes, and they are much easier then trying to drive and park. They also have a Disney shop on the first floor, which is where I bought a shirt, cup, and princess statues for my daughter - didn't have to carry them around the parks or pay in-park prices. Everything about our stay at this hotel was great, I wouldn't have changed a thing. Very friendly staff, nice comfortable room, great location, great breakfasts, free reliable transportation to and from Disney. I highly recommend staying here.
