Q. What are the parking fees?
A.  Self parking is $10/night plus and valet parking is $16/night.
Q. Do you charge a resort fee?
A.   No.
Q. What options do I have for transportation?
A.  Complimentary transportation is provided to Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot every half hour.  Complimentary transportation is also provided to Downtown Disney, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach.  Transportation is available to the Orlando International Airport and other points of interest through our exclusive transportation partner, STAR Transportation.  For pricing and availability, please contact our Bell Services.
Q. Can I request an early check-in?
A.  Our regular check-in time is 4:00pm.  Please contact the front desk to request an early check-in.  All requests will be based on availability.
Q. Can I request a late check-out?
A.  Our regular check-out time is 11:00am.  Please contact the front desk to request a late check-out.  All requests will be based on availability and an additional fee may apply.  Please note Priority Club Rewards® members may extend check-out to 2:00pm upon request at no additional charge.
Q. How many Priority Club Rewards® points do I need to redeem for a Reward Night?
A.  Priority Club Rewards® members need 25,000 points to redeem for a Reward Night reservation.  Please call Priority Club Service Center at 1-877-860-1373 or book online at www.priorityclub.com.
Q. Do you have a bar and restaurant on site?
A.  Yes.  Palm Breezes Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.   Breakfast is served from 7:00am until 11:00am (until noon Saturday & Sunday). Lunch 11:00am – 2:00pm.  Dinner is served 6:00pm until 9:30pm.
Palm Breezes Bar is open daily from 11:30am until 12:00am (midnight).  Enjoy drinks and snacks in a casual relaxing atmosphere.
Our Grab & Go is open daily from 6:30am until 11:00pm and offers casual, on-the-go dining.
Q. Can I order room service?
A.  Yes.  Room Service is available from 7:00am until 9:30pm.
Q. What are the directions to the property?
A.  From the Florida Turnpike North or South:  Take I-4 West to exit 68 FL-535 Apopka Vineland Rd.  Turn right off exit and proceed to Hotel Plaza Blvd.  Turn left.  The Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is the 3rd resort on the left.

From Tampa:  Take I-4 East to exit 68 FL-535 Apopka Vineland Rd.  Turn left off exit and proceed to Hotel Plaza Blvd.  Turn left.  The Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is the 3rd resort on the left.

From Orlando:  Take I-4 West to exit 68 FL-535 Apopka Vineland Rd. Turn right off exit and proceed to Hotel Plaza Blvd. Turn left.  The Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is the 3rd resort on the left.

From Orlando International Airport (MCO):  Take FL-528 West to I-4 West.  Proceed West to exit 68 FL-535 Apopka Vineland Rd.  Turn right off exit and proceed to Hotel Plaza Blvd.  Turn left.  The Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is the 3rd resort on the left.
Q. Do you have meeting space?
A.  Yes.  Our professional, experienced staff are here to ensure your event is a memorable experience.  We feature a total of 11,000 square feet of function space with a spacious foyer for pre-function events and state-of-the-art audio/visual services.  For more information, please contact our sales office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A.  With the exception of service dogs (proper certificate required), we do not allow pets.  Disney kennels are located nearby.
Q. Do you have smoking rooms?
A.  All 323 rooms are non-smoking in the brand new Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort.
Q. Do you have ADA rooms?
A.  Yes.  The Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is in full compliance with ADA guidelines.  We have several guestrooms fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible features.   If you have any additional questions about this, or to request an accessible room, please call us at 407-828-888 or 1-800-HOLIDAY.
Q. Is there a charge if I ship a package to the hotel?
A.  Yes. The hotel charges a Package Receiving Fee, $5.00 for Small/Medium package and $10.00 for Large package. Contact the front desk for further instructions.
