WHO CAN WE MEET WITH TO PLAN OUR WEDDING?
Our professional wedding coordinator will be there with you every step of the way to help plan your wedding event. From advising on the latest décor to managing budgets and timelines to executing the event on the actual day, your wedding will be in good hands.
WHO CAN I TURN TO FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED BY THE HOLIDAY INN?
Your wedding coordinator will be able to provide a list of trusted and preferred wedding vendors who are familiar with our property and can provide reliable services.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD TASTINGS?
Yes, we will be happy to arrange for you to meet our Chef to discuss and design a menu uniquely yours.
CAN ARRANGEMENTS BE MADE FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
Our Chef will be happy to prepare an alternative menu for guests with special dietary needs. Just let us know the requirements in advance.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION AT THE HOLIDAY INN IN THE WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT?
The Lakes Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests for served, plated dining or buffet dining with a dance floor and head table.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICING FOR WEDDINGS HELD ON DAYS OTHER THAN SATURDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS?
Please inquire regarding your specific wedding dates and ideas. Special offers are available during certain times of the day, the year as well as for weddings held on Sundays. We welcome your comments and questions and would be pleased to hear from you directly.
DO YOU HAVE A REQUIRED FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
Our specially designed wedding packages are created to meet any minimums that have been set. For wedding planning with less than 30 guests, please contact our wedding coordinator to discuss the specifics of your event. We are pleased to work with you to create a wedding celebration that is reflective of your dreams and budget.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND WEDDING SERVICE PROVIDERS SUCH AS FLORISTS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, MINISTERS, WEDDING CAKES, ETC.?
Absolutely! We have assembled a selection of highly regarded and trusted wedding professionals to support and enhance your wedding day. Our wedding coordinator will share these contacts with you and make recommendations based on your individual wedding style.
ARE DISNEY CHARACTERS AVAILABLE FOR MY EVENT?
Celebrating your wedding at the Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort gives you the keys to the Kingdom…the Disney Florists will beckon their magic wands and create fairytale bouquets and arrangements fit for a princess; with access to WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort Themed Entertainment invite Mickey and Minnie in formal attire to share your first dance or imagine a life size replica of Cinderella's Castle offset by brilliant royal blue draping. Our wedding coordinator will assist in providing you the proper contacts or reserving WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort Themed Entertainment for your event.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
We require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit due with the signed contract. 25% of your estimated total is due 3 months prior to your event and the final payment is due 1 week before your event with the guaranteed number of guests. Final payments can be made by cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card.

The Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort is the perfect location for gathering friends and family on the eve of your wedding for a fun, relaxing dinner. Whether choosing to host your event in our Palm Breezes Restaurant, on our pool deck or in a beautifully appointed ballroom, you and your guests are sure to enjoy the world-class cuisine and inviting settings available at the Holiday Inn in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort.
